A woman pours a valuable jar of perfume over Jesus’ head. The disciples are mad, thinking this is a waste of money. But Jesus sees it as an act of love, and Jesus appreciates our love. He says this woman’s act will be remembered forever (Matthew 26:6-13).

Kids’ Church: Sundays 11:30 am -12:30 pm
Every Sunday we have our LIVE Kids’ Church for kids in JK-Gr. 6 at 11:30 am on Zoom! The JK-Gr. 1 kids have a 30-minute lesson from 11:30 to 12:00, with time for games and fun afterwards, and the Gr 2-4 and Gr. 5-6 kids have large group and small group time from 11:30 to 12:30.
This Sunday you will need to bring:
- Something that smells nice (i.e. lotion, soap, perfume)
- Paper
- Tape
- Markers
- Your Kids’ Church Booklet
- Pen or pencil
- Your Bible

Our Bible Verse this Week: Philippians 2:4
We’re starting to learn Philippians 2:1-4. Each week I’ll bold the part of the passage that we’re learning. Then at the end you can say all four verses to me!
1 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
